C. Authorization to Remove a Tree In or Within 100 Yards of the Monarch Sanctuaries

Recommended Action: Receive Report and Find That the Immediate Removal of a Tree In and Adjacent to the Monarch Sanctuaries is Necessary to Preserve Public Health, Safety and Welfare in Accordance with Section 12.16.240 of the Pacific Grove Municipal Code, and Direct the City Arborist to Remove Said Tree
