B.         Consider Trimming and Removal of Trees in the Monarch Sanctuary Butterfly Habitat Zone

Recommended Action:        Find that Immediate Removal/Trimming of Trees in, and Adjacent to, the Monarch Sanctuary, is Necessary to Preserve Public Health, Safety and Welfare in Accord with Section 12.16.240 of the Pacific Grove Municipal Code; and Direct Staff to Remove/Trim the Trees

C.         Consider a Request for Authorization to Execute a Contract with West Coast Arborists, Inc. Relative to the Maintenance of Urban Forest Trees
