3.      Consider a Resolution to Authorize Execution of a Contract with West Coast Arborists, Inc. Relative to the Maintenance of Urban Forest Trees

Recommended Action:                        Approve Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Contract with West Coast Arborists, Inc. for Tree Maintenance in an Amount not to Exceed $65,000

 

4.      Consider Trimming and Removal of Trees in Washington Park or the Closure of the Hazardous Areas Pending Tree Removal

Reference:          Public Works Director Leiker

Recommended Action:                        Find that Immediate Trimming and Removal of Trees in Washington Park is Necessary to Preserve Public Health, Safety and Welfare in Accord with Section 12.16.240 of the Pacific Grove Municipal Code and CEQA Guideline 15304-Class 4 Exemption, and Direct Staff to Trim and Remove the Trees; or Direct Staff to Close the Hazardous Areas Pending Tree Removal
