Consider Draft Minutes of the June 8, 2011 HRC Site Review and Regular Meetings.

7.                  Reports of HRC Members

(HRC members may ask a question for clarification, make a brief announcement or make a brief report on his or her activities. In addition, a majority of HRC members may provide a referral to staff for factual information, request staff to report back to the body at a subsequent meeting concerning an HRC-related matter, or direct staff to place a matter of business on a future agenda (G.C. 54954.2(a)(2))).

8.                  Reports from Staff  

a.                   Description:  Public Draft Historic Context Statement.

CEQA Status: CEQA Exemption, Class 6

Staff Reference: Lynn Burgess, AICP, Chief Planner

Recommendation:  Receive a staff presentation on the Public Draft Historic Context Statement, ask questions of staff and consultants, and continue the item to a Special Meeting on July 27, 2011, at 4:00 p.m., in order to formulate recommendations to forward to the City Council.
