3.                  Approval of HRC Minutes

Consider Draft Minutes of the September 14, 2011, HRC Site Visit and Regular Meetings.

Recommended Action:  Approve minutes as presented.

a.                  Historic Determination: 511 13th St.

Description: The applicant requests a Historic Determination (Decision) that the property is not eligible for inclusion on the Historic Resources Inventory (HRI), and may be removed from the HRI, pursuant to PGMC: 23.76.025 and 23.76.030.

Applicant: Rick Steres, Architect

CEQA Status:  Class I Categorical Exemption

Recommended Action: Review the application and supporting documents and make a Historic Determination (Decision) of whether the property located at 511 13th St. (currently on the HRI) is not eligible for inclusion on the HRI and may be removed from the HRI, pursuant to PGMC 23.76.030. See PGMC 23.76.025, “Evaluation Criteria” and “Phase I Historic Assessment, by Elizabeth Seavey, dated Sept. 14, 2011) both included in Item 6.a.

Staff Note: It has been determined that this application is subject to CEQA review. Due to the review and noticing requirements related to this process,  staff requests that the item be continued until the November 9, 2011, Regular meeting of the HRC.

Description: Review the available information and consider whether to make a “Preliminary Determination of Ineligibility” for the above referenced address.
