                        Report on Foundation General meeting of March 6, 2010 (Wills)

 

VIII                 OLD BUSINESS

                        Revise resolution passed at Special Meeting of January 13, 2010.

                        The resolution was:

                   “Blaziek moved and Wills seconded that Mannel go to Tom Frutchey and the Foundation Board, and ask them to explore using Brokaw Hall as a Monarch interpretive center. All voted in favor.”

                        A proposed revision by the Chair is:

                        “ The Museum Board recommends that Tom Frutchey explore using Brokaw Hall as a Monarch interpretive center.”

 

IX                    NEW BUSINESS

Discuss the role and working of the reconstituted Museum Board
