Green Building Ordinance

On November 3, 2010, the City of Pacific Grove City Council amended Title 18, adding Chapter 18.42 of the Pacific Grove Municipal Code, which is the City's new Green Building Ordinance. As of January 1, 2011, all applications to the Building Division of the City of Pacific Grove Community Development Department will be required to meet the regulations of Chapter 18.42. Below are the forms for both residential and non-residential projects required for the Green Building Program.
